What is process-oriented coaching?<\/h4>\n

In addition to the verbal and cognitive level, process-orientated psychology incorporates perception exploring all senses, and movement into the work. This allows you to directly transform underlying patterns, experiences or belief structures and unfold your inner potential.<\/p>\n

My definition of our roles in our coaching relationship<\/h4>\n

As a coachee, you take ownership of your life processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

I offer to accompany you on your journey of discovery towards your authentic self in relationship with yourself, the people around you, and your environment and provide you with my methodological understanding, my perception and my psychological expertise in addition to a safe space. I combine methods from evidence-based educational, motivational, work and personality psychology with process-orientated psychology and embodiment elements.<\/p>\n

Feedback-based coaching allows you to move at your own pace. Together we work out individualised solutions that suit you so that you can integrate them into your life in a sustainable way.<\/p>\n
