The methodological focus of my seminars lies on exchange and experiential learning. I offer various topics, including vocational orientation and professionalisation, conflict work, personal development and self-care, as well as dealing with current global challenges (panedemic and war events). Instead of frontal teaching, I actively involve all participants so that the content is generated from the existing expertise and can be experienced and tangible on an individual basis. This allows the group to benefit from the experience that each individual wants to share in this trusting setting. As a result, the participants build on their existing knowledge and can integrate the experiences that are valuable for them individually into their lives in the long term.
